2. Follow-up & Coordination
- Follow-up on new offers with clients
- Pre-qualification comments follow-up
- Follow-up with supporting departments (Finance, HR, Admin) for any pending issues from Management
- Follow up with PMs for Project Management requirements
3. Reporting
- Projects approvals tracker Report
- New offers tracker Report
- Employee Mobilization Planner
- Employee Histogram Report
4. Social Media
- Gather photos and videos of various activities of projects
- Upload the data on social media folder on server
- Coordination with social media team for promotions related to CSI
5. Project Insurance
- Managing the projects insurances like professional indemnity, public liability etc. as a whole process from filling the forms until its purchased.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum Experience 3 years
- Excellent in Microsoft office ( Excel, Word, Power Point etc)
- Planning Skills
- Previous Experience in UAE
