  • Projects Approvals update
  • Employees Certificates Update
  • Organizational chart Update

2. Follow-up & Coordination

  • Follow-up on new offers with clients
  • Pre-qualification comments follow-up
  • Follow-up with supporting departments (Finance, HR, Admin) for any pending issues from Management
  • Follow up with PMs for Project Management requirements

3. Reporting

  • Projects approvals tracker Report
  • New offers tracker Report
  • Employee Mobilization Planner
  • Employee Histogram Report

4. Social Media

  • Gather photos and videos of various activities of projects
  • Upload the data on social media folder on server
  • Coordination with social media team for promotions related to CSI

5. Project Insurance

  • Managing the projects insurances like professional indemnity, public liability etc. as a whole process from filling the forms until its purchased.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience 3 years
  • Excellent in Microsoft office ( Excel, Word, Power Point etc)
  • Planning Skills
  • Previous Experience in UAE
