Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR & Admin Officer(immediate Joiner) with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and administrative management within the construction industry, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities related to employee support, accommodation, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate employee accommodation and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and assist in preparing monthly timesheet.
  • Support HR in daily activities including documentation, employee onboarding, and record management.
  • Address and resolve employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with project sites, drivers, and accommodation supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the construction sector.
