Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR & Admin Officer(immediate Joiner) with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and administrative management within the construction industry, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities related to employee support, accommodation, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate employee accommodation and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and assist in preparing monthly timesheet.
- Support HR in daily activities including documentation, employee onboarding, and record management.
- Address and resolve employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with project sites, drivers, and accommodation supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the construction sector.
