We are looking to hire a QA/QC Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the UAE to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures as per project requirements
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Prepare and maintain ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, and inspection reports
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams for inspections and approvals
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and codes
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and records
• Support site teams to ensure quality standards are met at all stages of construction

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant discipline)
• Good knowledge of UAE standards, project specifications, and QA/QC procedures
• Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
