Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Specialist to support the development, management, and delivery of high-quality marketing content. The role focuses on ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across all written materials while collaborating with technical and project teams to translate complex engineering concepts into audience-friendly language. The Marketing Specialist will manage marketing materials (company, sector and service specific brochures), Pre-Qualification documents, Statements of Capabilities, to strengthen the company’s brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure content for Pre-Qualification (PQ) and Statement of Qualification (SOQ) documents in line with Operations and Technical teams.
- Draft and update content for company profiles, brochures, sector/service documents, and client presentations.
- Support video and multimedia production by storyboarding motion elements, thumbnails, and visual effects.
- Ensure all written communication maintains clarity, consistent tone, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to translate complex engineering concepts into accessible content for target audiences.
- Proofread, fact-check, and maintain high editorial standards for all internal and external publications.
- Support LinkedIn content creation and scheduling in alignment with marketing strategy.
- Maintain the master repository of marketing materials, including company profiles, brochures, templates, certification and images.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer to translate written content into visually branded materials.
Qualifications and Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Public Relations or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within engineering, technology, or corporate marketing.
- Experience withAdobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, professional, and engaging content.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple teams and projects.
- Knowledge of brand management principles and ability to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
