We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior HR / HR Manager (Immediate Joiner are preferred) with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE to manage and strengthen our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to UAE Labor Law, end-to-end HR processes, and proven expertise in payroll, compensation, and HR reporting. This role requires someone who can work independently, handle confidential data, and support management with accurate HR insights and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee contracts, renewals, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, and internal company policies
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, REPORTS submissions, salary transfers, deductions, overtime, incentives, and end-of-service calculations
  • Manage compensation and benefits structures, including salary reviews, increments, and allowances
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports such as headcount, attendance, leave, payroll, turnover, and EOSB reports for management review
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and dashboards while ensuring confidentiality of employee information
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, and coordination with management when required
  • Support performance management processes, evaluations, and appraisal cycles
  • Coordinate with finance, banks, and external parties for payroll and HR-related matters
  • Provide HR support and guidance to department heads and employees while contributing to HR policy implementation and improvement

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law & MOHRE procedures
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, compensation & HR reporting
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
