About the Role

 

CSI Global is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function globally. This role will shape the direction of our brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all regions and channels.

 

The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing activities, from digital campaigns to corporate materials, making sure our communications reflect CSI Global’s reputation as a trusted, independent, and innovative engineering company. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, working closely with senior management and different departments to support business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute CSI Global’s marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Set marketing goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee marketing campaigns from planning to performance review.

Brand & Quality Control

  • Approve and review all major marketing outputs, including website updates, brochures, presentations, and branding materials.
  • Ensure consistent branding, tone of voice, and messaging across all regions and platforms.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure a strong, unified identity.

Content & Messaging

  • Lead the development of content and messaging for all marketing activities.
  • Ensure technical and corporate materials communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Oversee content for thought leadership, business development, and client engagement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business development, technical teams, and senior leadership to align marketing with company goals.
  • Build strong relationships with regional teams and other departments to support local needs while maintaining global consistency.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, including content, design, and digital specialists.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, creativity, and high-quality output.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in engineering, B2B, or professional services.
  • Experience managing marketing across multiple regions or global teams.
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, digital marketing, and content development.
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation design tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM, SEO, PPC, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing required.
